good bye

Hey an idea

My library of semi-finished pics is just ever growing and it feels bad. I will try something new! Starting NOW, and bear in mind Im drawing for a few hours a day, I’m gonna run through my unfinished pic collection and just rush out a simplified, or easier art style pic. i mean this method doesn’t work for the unfinished stories I’ve been working on. Lemme know if you have any tips on taking notes, or even 1/4 1/2 finished stories to the finish line! Because dude I can always just do the cool thing and go back to published artworks, redoing them in bigger/better ways! As it stands now I make art like I used to make software: continually restart projects to match a new standard, or style, or revert to a simpler style because what the flip was I thinking! [Like Duke Nukem Forever!] Ooof and animations. I’m working on a snakey frame-by-frame drawn animation which is CRAZY FUN to make but bloody hell! And I refuse to use tweening or any simplification, time-saving tools. i don’t know

I’m in a grumpy mood ho ho 1-The Isreal-Hamas thing. I have this innate ability to be able to sit back, warp my mind out my body and see situations for what they are. It’s a god damn X-Men superpower. The ultimate in unbiasedness. Without giving too much away= I have Jewish ancestry. I’m not one of those “I’m 1/16 xyz group which means I’m 100% one of them” types sure enough. But I had relatives taken to Aushwitz-Berkenau [forgive my spelling mistakes ancestors], I had some relatives flee war torn Europe for the USA, Canada, England & Wales. The way I see the Israel Hamas situation is this: One country doesn’t have consistent electricity, has its borders ebbed away since its inception. The other country was having an open air music festival. One is third world, the other is first world. It’s just a theory but perhaps if (1) the first world country wasn’t continually just stealing land from the poor one (2) to the point they now held the poor countries 2nd most major religious

I’d like to write more on this sometime soon as a long standing member (main original account was made in 2003) I’ve seen a fair few ‘click a button or swap out values’ or god even the dreaded doll generators that were a thing circa 2010. and yes it’s old fart stuff But the homepage now is flooded with pictures from very new artists that seem to upload a new final image every 30 minutes without fail. Mebbe time for a non-art Deviantart. let them all be there. and some are decent too. It’s a volume issue.

Thanks for watching :-)

Hey are you still alive? I haven't heard of you in while. I really like your content and i was hoping you would keep going

Yeah! Life got busy in a good way and just plum didn't have time for anything like this. Gonna try and get back though. Sorry for being 3 years late!

Thanks for watching
LOL i get told that a lot as well! It's annoying, really, being a Muslim woman and having people tell me that two men equal one woman because men are rational, smart, and strong, while women are emotional, weak, and too sensitive.
Worse is seeing misogynistic women trying to convince other women that women are weak are nothing but drama. Like uuhh... thanks for degrading your own kind, as if THAT'S not prevalent enough!

And btw street harassment is as common in Islamic Countries, such as Pakistan, Saudia Arabia, and Iran, as it is in the West.
I know because I've been through it, and I've been followed, hollered, honked at, stared at... everything while wearing the headscarf and loose clothing (I guess my manly hands just turn them on?).

Of course, this never happens when a male chaperone is around. Just goes to show that wearing the scarf does not equate to obtaining respect in the least. :(
