My library of semi-finished pics is just ever growing and it feels bad. I will try something new! Starting NOW, and bear in mind Im drawing for a few hours a day, I’m gonna run through my unfinished pic collection and just rush out a simplified, or easier art style pic. i mean this method doesn’t work for the unfinished stories I’ve been working on. Lemme know if you have any tips on taking notes, or even 1/4 1/2 finished stories to the finish line! Because dude I can always just do the cool thing and go back to published artworks, redoing them in bigger/better ways! As it stands now I make art like I used to make software: continually restart projects to match a new standard, or style, or revert to a simpler style because what the flip was I thinking! [Like Duke Nukem Forever!] Ooof and animations. I’m working on a snakey frame-by-frame drawn animation which is CRAZY FUN to make but bloody hell! And I refuse to use tweening or any simplification, time-saving tools. i don’t know
